ACT Program
University of Maryland Extension's, Wicomico County 4-H Program is stepping into the world of Arts, Communication and Technology (ACT) by providing youth the opportunity to become artists and highlight their diverse array of talents. Using their imagination and creativity our artists are writing custom scripts, making captivating movies, animations, digital art, photography and fine art masterpieces. Some of the featured art work has been created during 4-H events such as the Movie Making, Stop Animation and Graphic Design AYV Summer Workshops or are the results of 4-H project work, media club or independent efforts. We are truly proud of the hard work each artist has contributed to their final pieces, and we hope you enjoy them as well.
Featured Film
4-H is proud to share a full length feature film shot during the 2010 Summer Day Camp Program, this film was aired in 2011 and was produced and directed by Sara Smoker better know as "Constance Oliver". This film took her almost a year to complete but was well worth the wait and hard work! We hope you enjoy "High on Murder" featuring Loretta Cole.
